Contact requests
Your name, email address and message are sent to the central X20 HUB to handle and answer your request. They are not used to subscribe you to newsletters. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention and rights
Retention is reviewed 12 months after the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
Providers
Cloudflare Pages hosts the site. The contact form uses the X20 HUB and Supabase; email uses X20’s mail channel. Authorised staff and appointed technical providers may access the data. Processing locations and safeguards for any transfers must be confirmed before publication on the main domain.
